OC Transpo's advertisement agency was asked to create a promotion related to areas with extremely heavy traffic. They came up with a very creative ad, which they hoped would be the cure for the common traffic jam. Playing off the word "congested", the agency created a visually pleasing and imaginative outdoor-ad. The finished ad was used in posters and billboard ads. The agency also took into consideration the fact that many parts of Canada are bilingual and had French translations added to the promotion.
